Parking
A parking permit is provided which allows for unlimited use of
the town centre car park, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
The permit also allows free use of many car parks in the South
Hams district. Between October and May unlimited on-street parking
is available. It is possible to park directly outside the house
for the purposes of loading/unloading.
Cleaning
The house will be thoroughly cleaned and made ready in preparation
for your arrival. The property should be left clean and tidy.
In the event of extra cleaning being required, the cost will be
deducted from the security deposit.
Arrival/Departure
The property will be available from 2pm on the Friday of arrival
and must be vacated by 10am on the Friday of departure. Full details
of how to get to Sixes 'n' Sevens and information regarding keys will be
sent to you following the final payment.
Short Breaks/Last Minute Bookings
Short weekend/mid-week breaks are available out of high season.
Short breaks may be available in high season if booked within
14 days of the commencement of the holiday.
