Sixes 'n' Sevens was built about the mid-1800’s and retains some of the original features, but is now furnished in a modern style with clean, crisp lines to make for simple, elegant living. 

The house is semi-detached and stands in a commanding position on the hillside overlooking the main valley of Dartmouth, and is within 4-5 minutes easy, level walking of the town centre with all its amenities.

Approximately 20 steps lead from the road level up to the front door, which gives access to the ground floor. At the front of the house there is a small patio area which is furnished with table, chairs and decorative pots. The area enjoys the early morning and afternoon sun, with views over the main valley of Dartmouth.
