The newly fitted contemporary kitchen area has white free-standing units with beech-block work surfaces and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware & cooking utensils. The double sink, Smeg combined gas/electric cooker (with gas hob, double fan ovens & grill) and extractor hood are all stainless steel. Microwave, kettle, toaster, large pull-out peninsular unit/chopping block. There is also a large, freestanding retro-style refrigerator with deep-freeze compartment.

Stairs lead down from the kitchen to the Laundry/Utility Room which houses the gas central heating boiler, washing machine and tumble dryer, sink unit and has natural light from windows to the front of the house.
